《女仆》是智利年轻导演赛巴斯丁·西瓦的第二部长片电影。 故事的主人公是位服务了主人家23年的女佣人。智利女仆拉奎尔（卡特琳娜·萨维德拉 Catalina Saavedra 饰）是智利传统中上阶层家庭的佣人。她一个人照顾这一大家子，每天闹钟响起，开始忙碌的一天，作饭、洗衣、打扫，照顾三个被她宠坏的小男孩，及两个与她作对的大女孩。她在这个家庭服务了23年，深知家中每个人的秘密，犹如这个家庭里的成员，连主人都要敬她三分。女主人体恤拉奎尔的辛劳，决定帮她找个助手。然而工作是拉奎尔生活的全部，这个领域根本容不得他人越雷池一步，她尽心机、耍尽手段，想尽办法搞走新来的女仆。直到善良单纯的新女仆露西的带来，让拉奎尔自我禁锢已久的心灵也开启了一扇门。
