故事发生在一九八五年的香港，张有铭（李尚文 饰）是正值叛逆时期不知天高地厚的莽撞少年，某日，他跟随一群小混混劫持并且杀害了一对情侣，之后众人遭到警方的逮捕。张有铭因为尚未成年，因此并未得到判刑，而是被关进了监狱，“等候英女皇发落”。 没想到，这一等就是十年，时间就这样悄无声息的来到了一九九七年，香港回归在即，一位名叫誉玲（艾敬 饰）的女子注意到了张有铭的存在。一来二去之间，两人竟然产生了信赖和感情。在梁忠勤议员（邓树荣 饰）的支持和帮助下，誉玲开始着手替张有铭翻案，并且联手很多有着和张有铭一样遭遇的人的亲属，向政府发出联合抗议。

Kosim became rich after finding gold in the river in the village of Hirupbagja. He soon marries Sumi and lives a prosperous life as a landlord. When their child, Didi, was born, his soul was possessed by Albert Dominique's spirit, which was thirsty for blood and terrorized the villagers.
